Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandy is a registered Dental Hygiene Practitioner with over a decade of experience in helping people of all ages and cultures create and maintain their beautiful, healthy smiles. Having successfully completed her Bachelor of Dental Science in Dental Hygiene at the UBC Faculty of Dentistry in 2014 alongside Clinic Director Suji, Mandy earned the Hu Friedy Golden Scaler Award of Clinical Proficiency for her excellent skills in the clinical setting. Valuing the health of both mind and body, Mandy’s goal is to work with her patients, rather than on her patients, to support their oral health goals with the utmost transparency and support.

Outside the office, Mandy was also a Clinical Instructor at the UBC Faculty of Dentistry, aiding students in the Entry-to-Practice Program in honing their clinical skills. She has been awarded numerous Teaching Awards throughout her years of instruction. Mandy may have spent most of her time in a clinical office setting, but strongly believes in life-long learning and strives to keep up with modern dental hygiene techniques and philosophies of care.

When she’s not caring for patients or helping students master their skills, you can find Mandy spending time with her husband, daughter, and labradoodle Moose or catching up on the latest episode of Korean drama or anime.

Aime was born in Mexico and moved to Vancouver in 2002. She holds a Bachelor of Education degree and completed her Dental Hygiene Diploma in January 2017. 

Since then, she has been practicing dental hygiene. Aime draws on her teaching background to educate patients about hygiene procedures. One of her greatest satisfactions is seeing her patients leave with healthier smiles and noticing improvements in their oral hygiene during their routine visits. 

In her spare time, Aime enjoys spending time with friends, playing Scrabble, staying active, reading, and traveling to Europe with her spouse.

Rain is a dental hygienist with over a decade of experience in preventive care and patient education. She is dedicated to helping people feel healthier and more confident through practical, everyday habits that support oral and overall wellness.

She graduated with the Golden Scaler Award, an honor recognizing exceptional clinical skills, professionalism, and outstanding performance in dental hygiene. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Rain connects with patients from diverse backgrounds and makes care more accessible.

Outside of work, she values balance and well-being, maintaining simple habits that keep her healthy, calm, and focused.

Cailey is a Licensed Dental Hygienist and clinical instructor at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Dentistry. A UBC graduate herself, she is committed to patient-focused care that is evidence-based, compassionate, and tailored to each individual.

She works with patients of all ages — from young children to older adults — with a focus on oral hygiene education and long-term maintenance. Cailey’s approach centres on guiding and educating patients so they feel informed and empowered to take care of their own oral health, in and out of the clinic.

Alongside her clinical work, she mentors dental hygiene students at UBC, bringing the same patient-centred values and standards to the next generation of clinicians.

Outside of work, Cailey enjoys staying active with yoga, running, and wakesurfing, and finds her peace in music, reading, and time spent in nature. She is also an animal lover with a soft spot for all creatures great and small.
